1. License Grant
   By purchasing or downloading any sound pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds within your own original musical compositions. You may use these sounds in your own music productions, including commercial releases, subject to the limitations outlined below.

2. Permitted Uses
   You may:

• Incorporate the sounds into your original music productions (commercial or non-commercial).

• Use the sounds for live performances, music streaming, videos, or podcasts.

• Modify, manipulate, or resample the sounds to create new works.

1. Prohibited Uses
   You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the sounds as standalone files or as part of another sample pack.

• Use the sounds in isolation (e.g., as sound effects in a video without musical context).

• Claim ownership or authorship of the sounds as standalone works.

1. Ownership
   All sounds remain the property of KLING MUSIC. This license grants you the right to use the sounds in your music productions but does not transfer ownership.

2. No Warranty
   The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KLING MUSIC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Product.

3. Use of Demo Project Files and Song Demos
   Demo project files and song demos included in this pack are provided for educational and reference purposes only. You may study and learn from these files, but you may not use, release, or redistribute the included demos or project files as your own music, even if modified. Any unauthorized use or redistribution of these materials may constitute copyright infringement.

4. Termination
   Violation of any of these terms will result in the immediate termination of this license.
